Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to ConstructNet ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Our Role

ConstructNet is a venue that connects Contractors (employers) with Laborers (workers). We are not an employer, labor hire agency, or contracting firm. We do not supervise, direct, or control the work performed.

3. User Obligations

• Contractors: You are responsible for ensuring a safe workplace (WHS compliance), providing necessary insurance, and verifying that laborers hold valid White Cards before work commences.
• Laborers: You represent that you have a valid White Card (CPCCWHS1001) and the physical capacity to perform the duties described.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Contractors may be required to pay a subscription fee to access premium features. These payments are processed via Stripe. We do not store credit card details. Refunds are at our discretion and subject to Australian Consumer Law.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConstructNet is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or financial loss arising from the engagement between Contractors and Laborers.
